Highly Maintained is seeking a professional, compassionate, and skilled Concierge Postoperative Lymphatic Drainage Therapist to provide exceptional in-home care to clients recovering from surgery. This role focuses on delivering personalized lymphatic drainage therapy to support healing, reduce swelling, and improve overall recovery outcomes.
As a key member of our luxury health and wellness team, you will offer an elevated experience tailored to the unique needs of discerning clientele. The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise, discretion, and outstanding client service skills, ensuring every session promotes comfort, trust, and optimal recovery.
Responsibilities
Provide expert postoperative lymphatic drainage therapy using approved techniques to aid recovery and minimize swelling.
Conduct thorough initial consultations to assess client needs, understand surgical history, and create personalized care plans.
Educate clients on the benefits of lymphatic drainage and recommend aftercare practices to enhance results.
Ensure a safe, sterile, and professional environment during all sessions, with strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Travel to clients homes or designated locations promptly and with all necessary equipment and supplies.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with client information and interactions.
Offer empathetic and supportive care, addressing clients’ concerns and adjusting therapy as needed.
Collaborate with surgeons, medical professionals, and other team members to ensure continuity of care and adherence to postoperative guidelines.
Keep accurate records of treatments and progress, updating clients and healthcare providers as necessary.
Uphold the company standards for luxury service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
Licensure : Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or equivalent certification with specialization in lymphatic drainage therapy (e.g., Vodder, Casley-Smith, or similar).
Experience : 1 year of experience in postoperative care, lymphatic drainage, or medical massage therapy. Prior experience with VIP clients preferred. Training available.
Skills :
Advanced knowledge of lymphatic drainage techniques and postoperative recovery protocols.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills, including time management and travel coordination.
Ability to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift and carry necessary equipment and perform hands-on therapy for extended periods.
Other : Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations.
