Director of First Impressions – Front Office Title Insurance
The focus of the position is to administer the front office.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Direct incoming calls
- Order Estoppel Certificates
- Distribute Welcome Letters
- Input new orders/data entry
- Open the front office at 8:30 AM and close it at 5:30 PM, daily (Mon-Fri)
- Engage and foster relationships with customers and staff
- Comply with Alta Best Practices and industry compliance requirements
- Stock and manage office supply orders
- Organize daily closing schedule and coordinate closing rooms
- Process miscellaneous clerical
Required Education & Experience:
- High School degree; or equivalent work experience preferred
- Prior experience in the title insurance, real estate, property management, legal or mortgage industry
Required Skills:
- Self-starter with good follow-through skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work effectively in a benchmarked environment to meet goals
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Strong oral and written skills
- Ability to work effectively with Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers.
- Title and/or escrow terms knowledge required
