The work will support strategic initiatives and priorities for product development and implementation and / or market and competitive intelligence.Gather and analyze internal and external data sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop and deliver compelling presentations on research findings and recommendations.Tailor presentations and reports to different audiences, including leaders and stakeholders.Collaborate with team members across different departments.Conduct research and analysis in areas such as competitors (ex. health, dental, vision and multi-line insurance carriers), topics (ex. technology, virtual health, industry trends), and lines of business (ex.
