Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Team Dining Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team’s kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized environment. - Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation of various food items
- Prepare and execute meals according to the team’s nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions
- Help with creating menus and managing cost controls
- Prepare a variety of meals to cater to the diverse dietary needs and preferences of professional athletes
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary management experience in a related food service operation
- Experience in managing employees in a culinary environment and ServSafe certified
- Leadership, supervisory, training, management, and coaching skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel
- Ability to set up and distribute production sheets
