We are looking for experienced Chefs to Lead or Support our Culinary Staff in cooking outdoor Events . This is a Great Position for Chefs looking for some extra Pay or a Full time gig . Must have at least 2 years high volume catering or restaurant experience . You will need to be able to Grill , Fry , Run an Oven , Etc Etc . If you like the outdoors and throwing big Parties this could be the Place for you !!
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and presentation for catering events, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory and control food costs to optimize resources.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with event planners to customize menus based on client preferences and dietary needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 60 per week
