Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our psychiatric team at HighPoint - Riverview Regional Medical Center. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work closely with patients and healthcare teams to provide personalized care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Participate in patient education and advocacy
Requirements:
- Minimum six months to one year experience with psychiatric/behavioral patients
- Current TN or Multi-State RN licensure
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire or must be obtained within 90 days of employment, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 12 months of employment
