We are seeking a skilled RN-Emergency Services professional to join our team. As a member of our emergency department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with care teams
- Administer medications, document patient care, and educate patients and families on health needs
- Supervise nursing staff, coordinate their assignments, and maintain quality patient care in a high-stress environment
Requirements:
- Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree or RN Diploma required
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
