Job Overview:
Highridge Corrosion is seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Services Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing and coordinating our team of cathodic protection technicians who perform various cathodic protection surveys for clients. The ideal candidate is a meticulous professional with a robust technical background, outstanding organizational acumen, and a proven history of successful project management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of cathodic protection technicians responsible for conducting diverse cathodic protection surveys.
- Strategize, schedule, and harmonize survey operations to ensure projects are executed with maximum efficiency and adherence to project schedules.
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Formulate comprehensive project plans encompassing resource allocation, task delegation, and project timelines.
- Monitor project advancement, proactively identify potential bottlenecks, and institute corrective measures to guarantee project objectives are attained.
- Undertake periodic site visits to oversee survey activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and industry benchmarks.
- Scrutinize survey data and generated reports for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.
- Manage project budgets, closely monitor expenditures, and ensure optimal utilization of resources to control project costs.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, offering mentorship, training, and guidance to nurture the professional growth of team members.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, furnishing them with regular updates on project status, pivotal milestones, and any adjustments to project scope.
- Produce articulate project progress reports, performance evaluations, and informed recommendations for presentation to management and clients.
- Remain current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cathodic protection to drive continuous enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- AMPP (NACE) certification of CP2 or above preferred.
- Demonstrated prowess in project management, preferably within the cathodic protection or corrosion prevention industry.
- Proficient leadership and team management capabilities, underpinned by the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
- Exceptional organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the precision and quality of project deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, leveraging them for scheduling, financial planning, and comprehensive reporting.
- Sound grasp of cathodic protection principles, techniques, and diverse survey methodologies. Superlative communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling seamless interaction with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
