Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our sales targets and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Complete shipments and order entry information to ensure delivery on-time and in full.
- Assist the sales team with order-related requests including order processing and corrections.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate backorders and ETA.
- Support distributor partners in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support the sales team and customers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, concerns, and trends.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 or more years’ experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Travel Requirements:
- This position is onsite, may need to occasionally travel to a customer site.
