Responsible for providing product, service, and pricing information to field sales and customers regarding the Highridge Medical products. Responsible for execution of proactive sales initiatives in conjunction with field sales. Serve as conduit between outside sales teams and internal groups to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming service-related calls from Field Sales.
- Responsible for completion of shipments, and order entry information.
- Understanding of pricing and approvals to ensure timely quotations to customers.
- Receive and process Direct Orders and returns.
- Make corrections to Sales Orders.
- Monitor the Tissue Review Dashboard and release tissue orders as required.
- Troubleshoot Failed Orders.
- Notify accounts of backorders and ETA.
- Handle Bulk Swaps.
- Process ‘No POs’
- Manage Blocked Cases
- Manage Instrument Direct Buy Log
- Process Account Releases

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Be knowledgeable of all promotional programs offered by product centers.
- Must be able to provide prompt and accurate solutions to a wide range of questions from the field sales force, field office personnel, internal personnel and Highridge Medical Customers.
- Must know which HIGHRIDGE Medical personnel to contact for answers to questions or approval of procedures beyond the scope of the Sales Support Specialist authority.
- Must be able to calculate product discount percentages, selling prices and margins.
- Must be articulate and tactful, conveying an attitude of cooperation and support.
- Knowledge of computer programs, i.e. Microsoft Office. Must be able to learn software systems: SAPand ImplantBase.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Education/Experience Requirements:
- 4-year College Degree Preferred
- Medical device experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10%
