Position : CEI Contract Specialist
Location : Johnson City, TN
Duration : Fulltime Permanent
Salary : DOE
This position is responsible for administration of Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) projects for the Tennessee Department of Transportation and local Tennessee municipalities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in assessments of change orders, force accounts, and value engineering change proposals
- Review contractor payrolls and compliance
- Develop and submit final records according to TDOT and FHWA requirements
- Prepare reports as necessary
- Establish and maintain project files
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend, and send meeting minutes
Review daily reports with the Project Manager
