Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Masters a plus.
CPA or CPA candidate with 2 years of public accounting experience.
Exceptional analytical and cognitive skills.
Proven problem-solving and leadership skills and capacity to deal with ambiguity.
Superb creative dexterity and intellectual horsepower, including ability to learn on the fly.
Flexibility to work autonomously and serve as a member of a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to articulate complex ideas.
Handle multiple assignments simultaneously and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with CCH Axcess Tax, or any CCH software
Driven by personal initiative and achievement of professional goals.
Responsibilities
Preparation of individual, partnership, corporation and state tax returns.
Tax research of complex situations.
Significant interaction with clients.
Special projects.
