Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base. If you have excellent customer service skills and are committed to providing customers with the best experience, this is the role for you. Duties Include:
Maintaining relationships with clients, including greeting walk-in clients, answering phone calls, filing claims, endorsing policies, and taking payments.
Documenting all client contacts, claims, and changes in the agency management system.
Assisting other employees, including marketing tasks, general office duties, and clerical tasks.
Performing other duties as requested.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active Insurance license or willing to obtain
2 years of experience working in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
