Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly while maintaining a polite and cheerful demeanor.
Email Correspondence: Efficiently manage incoming emails, forwarding them to appropriate departments or staff members as necessary..
Administrative Support: Provide support with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring necessary items are always available.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
