We're a relationship-driven independent insurance agency looking for an exceptional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. Our Commercial Lines Account Managers play a vital role in ensuring our commercial clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued commercial clients and insurance carrier staff.

What you'll do:
You'll build relationships in and out of the organization, by providing general agency support and support to the agency's commercial clients. You'll be the first point of contact for commercial clients, handling their day-today questions, and other support services. You will assist in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts and provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of commercial activities.
- Manage and coordinate commercial accounts for the company
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Prepare and present reports on account activity and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
What you'll need to succeed:
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy striving towards goals, attentive to the detail, develop and build strong relationships with clients, and are team oriented.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 2 years of experience working with commercial lines or commercial account management
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
