Highstreet Insurance is an independent insurance agency seeking a Small Business Insurance Service Professional with high marks in integrity and work ethic for our Cadillac office. We are a team of highly skilled professionals who are committed to bringing unparalleled service and expertise to our customers while delivering an insurance product that gives them the valuable protection they need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Working with our clients to handle their daily servicing requests which include (but not limited to):
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, Auto ID Cards
- Receive, review and document correspondence in the agency management system
- Policy processing of new business, renewals, policy changes, audits, cancellations and reinstatements
- Prepare premium finance agreements and invoices. Answering billing related questions.
- Maintain client files accurately and consistently
- Develop and maintain rapport with the insurance company underwriters
- Perform all essential job functions in an accurate and timely manner
- Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty experience preferred
- State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License and/or willingness to obtain license
- Possess self-motivation characteristics and strong organizational skills
- Team player and task oriented
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
