Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
M-F 9:00-1:00
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and copying documents
- Manage the Google Calendar and assist with scheduling appointments
- Assist with office management tasks to maintain a well-organized workspace
- Proficient in using Google Suite for various office tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for invoicing and basic financial record-keeping
- Efficiently manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Provide personal assistant support as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.38 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
