Duties

- Utilize project management software such as Redmine, Project Server, and Confluence to track progress and manage resources.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Employ Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes using SharePoint.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program or project management roles with a strong understanding of project engineering principles.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Redmine, Confluence, Project Server, SharePoint, and Workday.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations diplomatically.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
