Hightower's Operations Department, a division of the Business Services & Operations Department, strives to provide industry-leading support to the firm’s advisor practices.
Reporting to the Manager, Operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring standard documentation practices are followed, executing on standard operational processes, and implementing quality control measures throughout Hightower operations. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong customer service attitude with the ability to think outside of the box in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Execute and monitor operational processes, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance, centralized services, and client reporting, to streamline workflows, resolve operational issues, and enhance overall organizational efficiency
- Create, maintain, and terminate custodian access for all individuals, including all advisor practices as well as Hightower Home Office
- Create, maintain, and terminate all rep codes and data feed connections for all advisor practices as well as Hightower Home Office
- Work closely with firms that are transitioning into Hightower
- Special Projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1 years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with high-net-worth advisors/representatives
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, and Pershing Netx360 preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
