We’re searching for a Client Service and Operations Associate with high-energy who naturally has a “do what it takes” attitude to support a seasoned team while providing the superior experience our clients have come to expect. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do
- Consistent and accurate completion of operational tasks, activities and workflows including but not limited to account services and transaction processing
- CRM Database Management (Salesforce) - document and update contact information, status updates, and other important information for prospects and clients
- Update and maintain client portfolio performance reports using reporting software (Black Diamond)
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for prospect and client meetings, including post-meeting documentation.
- Client Portal Administration – manage prospect and client onboarding to our client portal and provide ongoing technical assistance
- Preparation and distribution of client tax documents
- Investment due diligence assistance – tracking and monitoring current and future investments, alternative investment tracking
- Ensure the prospect and client experience is implemented as designed by managing and following the prospect and client timelines, and completing multi-step tasks
- Organize and maintain prospect and client folders in Box
- Assist the team in operational, administrative, and marketing functions
What You'll Bring
- Team player and expresses a “client first” attitude
- BA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field
- Microsoft Office and Outlook competency with an emphasis on Excel
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Process-driven tasking and follow up skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient, and organized manner
- 1 or more years of experience with Financial Service or Client Service
- Series 65, if not licensed it must be achieved within 6 months of hire, other licenses may be required over time

- Annual base salary range of $60,000-$70,000 based on qualifications and experience
