What You’ll Do
- Serve on client team with advisor (s) as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Onboard new clients and support existing clients, including account openings, all aspects of money movements (journals, wires, ACAT/DTC transfers, RMD’s, etc) and account maintenance.
- Promptly address client inquiries within same day and respond to requests and provide information.
- Complete cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requests.
- Maintain client records and files, ensuring that all data is current and accurate following regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with custodian partners (Fidelity, & Schwab, outside custodians, etc.) to ensure accurate processing of client transactions. Downloading and uploading forms, monitoring and verifying changes in the system, resolving issues, and staying current with changing procedures.
- The primary contact with clients and related parties to process all manner of transactions, including account opening, money movements, gifting, transfers of assets between custodians, and other account maintenance needs.
- Complete relevant actionable items resulting from client review meetings.
- Help prepare client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain our performance reporting systems.
- Work with Billing.
- Create, monitor, and track client-related tasks and follow-ups using Salesforce/ Clear teams and Clear actions.
- Update and follow internal process, workflows, projects.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in special projects.
- Work with our Centers of Influence, including CPAs, Estate Attorneys, Insurance Agents and others.
- Aid in client retention by providing client service; track and monitor client service standards and prompt Wealth Advisor to take action.
- Play an active role in different firm committees and participate in weekly CSA team meeting – prepare and contribute thoughts for agendas, raise concerns, suggest solutions, look for and implement efficiency and process improvement.
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Licenses are not required but good to have
- Hybrid role – 3 days in office
- 5 days a week in office for first 6 months
- Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
