Your Future Team
The Director of Web Development manages the entire lifecycle of web applications, leading the team to ensure projects meet organizational goals. You will collaborate across departments to maintain alignment with our goals through strategic design and programming efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee web application design, development, and maintenance, ensuring documentation standards, code quality, performance, and security.
- Serve as the solution owner for all web products, ensuring cohesive integration and functionality across diverse teams, technologies, and platforms.
- Actively participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance web applications and improve development processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery and operation of products.
