Your Future Team
As Hightower’s HubSpot administrator, you will be crucial in administering Hightower’s HubSpot Marketing Automation account. You will be responsible for organizing, building, understanding, and advising on the company’s HubSpot instance, which includes 100 business units for over 100 advisor teams. What You’ll Do
HubSpot Administration
- Manage roles, and system access, work with HubSpot to add new accounts and business units as needed.
- Create email templates for the HT library.
- Assist advisor teams in creating emails or taking advantage of existing templates, tailoring them to their brands.
- Review emails to ensure they are setup up correctly and to best practices.
- Setup all Workflows for advisor brands and review implementation to ensure proper setup.
- Monitor email health and serve as in-house expert on deliverability.
- Oversee data integrity with HubSpot and Salesforce, through data auditing, cleanup of bounces and inactive contacts, and deduping.
- Monitor system performance and deploy continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
- Create and implement operational workflows, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on HubSpot capabilities and changes.
- Create and pull reports for the advisor teams and corporate.
- Be the first contact for advisor questions on marketing automation and HubSpot.
- Providing training and onboarding to HubSpot for new advisor teams.
- Liaise with Hightower’s HubSpot Enterprise Customer Sucess contact as needed.
- Offboard accounts as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience administering HubSpot or related role
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Proficiency with data analysis
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems
- Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance
