What You’ll Do
As the Manager, Advisor Product Integration, you will be the ambassador of the Hightower’s technology products. By understanding the Hightower Advisor and Client platform and how best practices of processes are implemented on the platform, you will guide advisor practices on its usage. You will devise and execute strategies for advisor technology utilization, ensuring a smooth change management. You will also spearhead collaboration across departments, your internal team, and with external partners to create analyses and documentation of businesses processes. Additionally, you will support technology integration, track adoption metrics, and assist in project planning and execution.

What You’ll Do

- Adoption Strategy Ownership: Evaluate all advisor practice technology usage and determine the implementation strategy, along with change management efforts.
- Product Feedback: Partner with the product team to provide feedback for the product roadmap and help prioritize when gaps are identified.
- Lead a Team: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by motivating, mentoring, and developing the team by sharing expertise and best practices to improve team performance and industry knowledge.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Lead the collaboration with departments and external vendors to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring the advisor practices are operating on the platform.
- Technology Integration and Adoption Metrics: Help integrate new technologies, monitor adoption metrics, and develop strategies to assist advisor practices use more efficient workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certification in FinTech or product management is a plus
- 3 years' experience in product analysis, technology service, or a related field, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector
- Technical knowledge of Salesforce, workflow tools, and automation rules
- Proven success in relationship building, relationship management, and cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience communicating with financial advisors, executive leadership team, and peer groups
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs

- Base salary of $120,000-$130,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
