Twickenham Advisors operates as a business unit within Hightower Advisors, a leading advisor- owned financial services company. This team provides financial services primarily to high-net-worth individuals and families, including financial planning, investment strategy and implementation. We are deeply dedicated to our clients and are trusted partners with the individuals, families, and businesses we serve while providing financial advice and investment guidance as true fiduciaries.

Private Wealth Specialist: Twickenham Advisors is looking for a candidate who is highly organized, detail oriented, has experience with serving others, and a capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You have two or more years of experience in financial services, have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, build relationships and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be a team player who can easily collaborate with partners and colleagues to achieve a common goal. We ask that you have strong ethical standards and a high level of confidentiality. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in the office and by phone
  • Maintain clients financial advisory accounts
  • Manage recordkeeping of client correspondence and approvals
  • Use group's different applications (Outlook, Concur, Salesforce, Box, and Custodial Systems) to update and maintain client related workflows
  • Provide client service for money movement as needed
  • Maintain physical and digital files according to team standards
  • Assist clients with gifting services
  • Process daily account flows
  • Respond to routine inquiries from clients
  • Provide support and service to onboard new clients
  • Help with the preparation documents for client meetings
  • Attend compliance and continuing education training sessions as needed by regulatory agencies and our firm
  • Coordinate, attend and prepare for team meetings, team scheduled events and special occasions
  • Provide Family Office Services to clients
  • Work directly with advisors and clients on all administrative tasks


Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build immediate relationships with personnel and clients.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Able to work independently and is also comfortable with close teamwork
  • 2 or more years financial services experience
  • Series 7 license preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) knowledge required
  • Experience in DST Vision and Wealthscape is a plus
