You will report to the Manager, Operations and be self-motivated with a high attention to detail. An understanding of traditional Brokerage back-office Operations will serve you well.

What You’ll Do
- Open and close client accounts on multiple custodial systems
- Process account maintenance requests on multiple custodial systems
- Outgoing cashiering review and approvals
- Various Transfer of Assets processing including, ACATs, DTC Gifting and DRS Transfers
- Daily review, research and settlement of issues
- Provide support for any additional paperwork processing and questions
- Periodic/standing plan establishment and maintenance
- Special projects as needed
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66, 24 required
- Minimum three years branch operations and/or client service experience
- Experience working with high-net-worth advisors/representatives
- Experience with margin, options, fixed income and managed accounts
- Experience working across a broad aspect of broker/dealer operations including account establishment and maintenance, cashiering, ACAT, SWP/PIP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Knowledge of Fidelity WealthScape and/or Pershing NetX360
- Knowledge of SalesForce is helpful
