Responsibilities:

• Accurately invoice clients and manage accounts payable
• Manage the company’s checking accounts and cash flows
• Reconcile the company’s checking accounts monthly
• Assist management with payroll
• Prepare financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Direct and coordinate the company’s financial planning and budget management functions
• Manage the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Ensure compliance with local, state/provincial, and federal reporting requirements
• Work with other department heads, executives, and owners to develop and execute the strategic plan
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of the company
• Provide recommendations for process and procedure improvements

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
• Restoration or Construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Intuit), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven strong time management, organizational, process improvement, and independence skills
• Consent to satisfactory credit check upon hire
