Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of department heads to achieve company goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion
- Monitor sales performance, profit loss, and budget adherence
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence
- Supervise daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and service
Qualifications:
- IIRC Certification
- Xactimate experience highly regarded
- Self-motivated, responsible & accountable
- Knowledgeable in job costing and quality control.
- Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects.
- Driven to provide superior customer service.
- Superior organizational skills: strong attention to detail required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including, but not limited to, proper pronunciation and correct use of grammar.
