As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be key as you coordinate schedules, manage resources, and maintain project documentation.

  • Xactimate experience highly regarded
  • Self-motivated, responsible & accountable
  • Knowledgeable in job costing and quality control.
  • Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects.
  • Driven to provide superior customer service.
  • Superior organizational skills: strong attention to detail required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including, but not limited to, proper pronunciation and correct use of grammar.
  • Able to build rapport with individuals in high stress situations; ability to show empathy
  • Time management skills; able to effectively prioritize and plan.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast – paced work environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Available to respond to emergency calls after hours, including weekends (on-call schedule in place)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
