We are currently seeking a Crew Lead/Site Supervisor for our office in Seven Springs, NC We are looking for career-oriented individuals with experience in the construction industry as well as those with supervisor’s experience and operating heavy equipment. In this key position as Crew Lead/Site Supervisor, your primary responsibilities consist of working on site with your crew, operating heavy equipment, a full range of installation, repair, and maintenance services on our clients’ job sites including performing clearing, grading of new access roads, compounds, excavation of pad and pier tower foundations, forming and pouring concrete equipment pads, trenching for grounding systems and PVC conduits, building H-frames, hanging electrical service equipment, graveling roads and compounds, generator installations, colocations on existing tower sites, site maintenance, building retaining walls and erosion control installation.

Site Supervisor qualifications include:

• High School diploma
• 4 years of general construction experience.
• 2 years as a Site Supervisor leading your own crew
• Must have experience in forming and pouring concrete pads
• Must have experience in operating heavy equipment (not just a backhoe)
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, Class A CDL preferred, or at least willing to get them
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Availability for overnight travel
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb a ladder, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Must be willing to relocate to within 45 minutes of the Seven Springs, NC office
