Now Hiring: Electrical Technician – Training & Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Electrical Technician to join our team and receive hands-on training to become a crew lead in electrical work related to our industry. This position is ideal for someone with good electrical knowledge who wants to grow into a leadership role under the guidance of an experienced mentor. No electrical license is required upfront—our goal is to invest in the right person and provide the training needed to build a successful career in this field.

What You'll Do:
- Work directly with an experienced electrician to learn and develop skills in electrical and civil site work
- Install conduits, meter bases, panels, ATS, and wiring systems
- Assist with electrical system installations and rewiring at project sites
- Support civil construction tasks such as grading, concrete work, and site preparation
- Learn to lead a crew and transition into a leadership role once trained
- Ensure all work meets NEC and safety standards
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of electrical work (formal training or hands-on experience preferred)
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership position
- Ability to read blueprints and follow electrical plans
- Some experience in civil construction (grading, concrete, site prep) is a plus
- Willingness to travel overnight when required
- No electrical license required upfront, but willingness to pursue licensing is encouraged
- Clean driving record required. CDL Class A preferred but not required.
