We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Leader in our Conway, SC office to oversee and coordinate telecommunications projects, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, with a strong background in telecommunications, including 4G/LTE and 5G technologies. Duties of this position include constructing, repairing, installing, and maintaining new and existing wireless communications systems. Candidates must adhere to strict safety policies while ensuring quality work in a fast-paced workplace. Specific duties include tower construction, tower inspections & modifications, site troubleshooting (to include sweep and PIM testing of coax, & fiber testing). Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating equipment such as bucket trucks and rigs.
• Coordinate project schedules, manage resources effectively, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Train team members on best practices for telecommunication installations and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on 4G/LTE and 5G technologies.
• Experience working at heights and climbing as part of installation processes.
• Knowledge of high voltage systems; low voltage experience is also beneficial.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

To qualify for this position, all candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug testing, and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. A clean driving record is required as well. Our technicians are required to reside in the Conway, SC metro area. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.14 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
