As a Client Experience Support Specialist in a hybrid role (3 days in office) in either our High Point, NC or Kansas City, MO, locations, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Client Experience Director and Client Services Project Management team. Your contributions will help ensure smooth operations and an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary phone contact for Client Services, handling inquiries and directing calls via OnSip.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Experience Director.
  • Assist Project Managers with basic quote and order entry.
  • Manage the email help queue and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Proactively identify ways to enhance the client experience using tech tools like Front (email platform or CRM).
  • Utilize ERP and project management tools to manage workflows effectively.
  • Act as a liaison with the manufacturing and supply chain team as needed.
  • Support contract management with administrative tasks.
What You Bring
  • At least three years of experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Slack).
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • A curious mindset and a willingness to ask questions.
