Associate Attorney – Bodily Injury Litigation and Trucking Defense
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (In-Office)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000
Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod, & Kantor, an AV-rated insurance defense law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in bodily injury litigation and trucking defense to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach.
About the Role:
As an Associate Attorney, you will:
- Handle a variety of cases involving bodily injury and trucking defense litigation.
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with clients, adjusters, and senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on bodily injury and/or trucking defense.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- This is an in-office position, must be located in West Palm Beach
