We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director of our 100-unit Public Housing facility. As a high performing agency, we have been transformed and updated under the leadership of our retiring Director.
The new Director must be a forward-thinking individual who is both resident-focused and fiscally responsible, able to work with a limited staff. The ideal candidate should have a 4-year college degree from an accredited university and at least 5 years of progressive multi-family housing experience.
Key qualifications include obtaining the PHM designation within 18 months of employment. Certification from IREM as a CPM is also highly desirable. We offer full benefits, including health, dental, pension, paid sick and vacation time.
