Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Executive Director of our 100-unit Public Housing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team with a focus on resident satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improvement
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, staff, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in housing management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing management
- PHM designation within 18 months of employment
- Certification from IREM as a CPM is highly desirable
