• Read menus to prepare menu items according to projected ratios
• Visually inspect food and discard expired or spoiled items
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including walk-ins and reach-ins
• Assist with preparation and closing duties as needed
• Maintain attendance and adhere to employee handbook guidelines
Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, turn, lift, talk, walk, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Team lifting required for heavy or awkward items
