About the Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile copywriter with a strong foundation in communication strategy and a passion for writing that drives results. This role is designed for professionals who can create thoughtful, engaging content across multiple industries and formats — including websites, blogs, brochures, and email campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on email and direct communication pieces.
You'll collaborate closely with our creative directors on branding projects and voice development, and you’ll be expected to understand not just how to write, but how to move people — to click, sign up, convert, or take action. This is an environment where outcomes matter. We're looking for writers who are deeply curious, agile in their approach, and who view content as a strategic business tool, not just a deliverable.
Writers in this role are encouraged to use AI tools to support research, ideation, and information gathering — but the voice, tone, strategy, and final writing must come from you. We do not accept AI-written content. Instead, we’re looking for writers who understand how to leverage AI without sacrificing original thinking and authentic voice.

Responsibilities
- Write strategic, high-impact content for a variety of mediums: websites, emails, blogs, brochures, and more.
- Collaborate with creative leadership on brand development, tone of voice, and messaging architecture.
- Translate complex or abstract concepts into clear, compelling copy.
- Utilize AI tools for content research and exploration while maintaining full ownership of original writing.
- Stay current on best practices in writing for engagement, direct response, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to our hybrid work culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in professional writing, with a portfolio that includes a range of formats.
- A deep understanding of voice, tone, narrative structure, and persuasive communication.
- A desire to learn and grow in the craft of direct response and outcome-oriented writing.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continual improvement.
Preferred but Not Required
- Background in branding or messaging strategy.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Experience writing for conversion: CTAs, subject lines, landing pages, etc.
- Exposure to performance-based content marketing and A/B testing.
