Router Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery including milling machines and other production equipment.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Handle materials efficiently throughout the production process, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
