Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outreaching. Your primary focus will be on generating interest in our products and services, ultimately contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Place outgoing calls to customers and prospects.
- Generate trust and interest in HHP’s unique selling points.
- Continually qualify prospects and influence through effective scripts and unique selling propositions.
- Generate and funnel high-potential leads directly to a designated Level 3 Sales Representative.
- Contact inactive customers to re-engage and reconvert.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers and direct prospect inquiries as needed.
- Meet weekly with assigned Level 3 Sales Representatives to review issues, develop solutions, update scripts, and generate new lead ideas.
- Record call findings, schedule future calls, and update information in NetSuite.
- Document weekly problem logs and escalate issues to management using work variance tools.
- Complete weekly Toggl reports and provide KPIs as requested by management.
- Attend weekly general management meetings and daily check-ins.
- Review and respond to company emails on a daily basis.
- Complete special project tasks that advance HHP marketing and sales efforts.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Highest attention to detail and willingness to provide support at all levels to get the job done.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
