Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is an integral member of the sales team through partnering with new and existing customers, manufacturers, and company staff to provide proactive administrative support to the sales representatives and sales managers.
Essential Functions

- Arranges invoicing for all sales and rentals
- Handles and forwards sales calls to the respective sales team member, taking down appropriate information and following up as needed
- Updates equipment inventory on the company business system on a regular basis. Inputs new equipment, assigning proper equipment and how it is equipped
- Provides equipment Move Sheets when any rental, loaner, sale, or transfer is initiated. Will organize hauling when necessary.
- Provides rental, loaner, demo contracts for the sales representatives to get signed by customers. Files paperwork (digital and hard copy) for invoices, contracts, in/out slips, PO order forms, and manufacturer credits
- Assists in preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports and presentations
COMPETENCIES
Proficient with Microsoft systems and applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Professional, polite, and persuasive phone, email, writing, and interpersonal communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced, demanding team environment, with all levels of the company, and with all types of customers
- Able to work independently with a strict attention to detail, exerts sound judgment, discretion, and preserves confidentiality
- Must be able to meet deadlines and effectively partner with other
- Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Maintains an efficient work environment and proactive approach to all duties
Required Education and Experience
The following requirements are job-related and consistent with business necessity.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class C driver’s license with no points or restrictions
- One-to-two years customer service experience
Preferred Education and Experience
The following requirements are job-related and consistent with business necessity.
- Associate’s Degree in a relevant field of study
- One-to-two years heavy-equipment industry knowledge and experience
- One-to-two years sales coordinator experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
