Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing & Park Events Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating memorable experiences for our luxury RV resort guests by strategically planning, coordinating, and managing a diverse range of park events. From children's and adult activities to Movie nights, you will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere within the resort
Job Requirements:
- Strategically plan, coordinate, oversee, and manage a diverse array of events, including children's and adult activities, both free and paid, as well as Movie nights.
- Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive activities calendar for the resort.
- Take charge of activities setup and cleanup.
- Establish and maintain a robust tracking system to monitor attendance, vendor engagement, revenue, and expenses for each activity.
- Assist in ensuring the timely payment of invoices while meticulously documenting all financial transactions.
- Actively participate in training team members and volunteers within the Activity department.
- Support the development of an events calendar for the upcoming season, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters to residents and guests of the resort.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of fundraising activities to strengthen departmental support.
- Effectively manage and update inventories of activity supplies.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.
