Highwire Farms is looking to employ an outgoing and driven individual with a strong work ethic to aid customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. A caring, considerate, customer service focused and enthusiastic attitude for the industry is a must.
These positions give a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth. Ultimately, an outstanding Budtender should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure that customers leave with a positive experience. Budtenders have the most important role in the company maintaining relations with our customers, creating an atmosphere that is both welcoming and educational.
Budtender Responsibilities:
- Advising & Educating Customers
- Processing Payments
- Ensuring Cleanliness
- Correctly Weighing, Packaging, And Labeling Cannabis Products as Required
- Checking Licenses to Verify Age
- Inventory (Counting & Labeling)
- Staying Up to Date on New Product Drops
- Maintaining a Positive Demeanor
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Or GED.
- 21 Years of Age
- Retail Sales Experience
- Experience Not Required/Location Based Training
- Food Handlers License Is Not Required but a Plus
- Must be Able to Pass a Background Check.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
