Mathematical Skills
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Visually inspect product aesthetics to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Ability to read schedule, set up area with required packaging materials and delivery appropriate cartons to the cells
- Recognize quality defects and take appropriate action
- Accurately perform disposition of package finished goods in accordance with packaging guidelines
- Communicate issues to technicians
- Accurately document production data
- Able to operate the following equipment in the packaging area: baler, pallet walkie/jack, & pack size machine.
- Observe safety and security procedures & reports potentially unsafe conditions
- Participate in continuous improvement projects/events
- Maintain a clean orderly work environment by organizing, sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and following 5S
- Actively participate in shift exchange by giving & receive critical information
- Forklift operation if necessary
- Other duties may be assigned
- Able to read and understand standard work procedures
