Litigation Attorney

Mid-size Dallas (Uptown) law firm seeks litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience for real estate related litigation. Ideal candidate will have strong competency in drafting, research, discovery, Rules of Civil Procedure and the litigation process. Outstanding academic achievement, excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service is required.

Other Requirements

• Licensed in Texas;
• 2-4 years litigation experience;
• Exceptional writing and oral presentation skills, detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter, with strong academic background;
• Ability to work effectively with people under pressure, to exercise sound judgment, and to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues;
• Ability to multi-task, creatively problem solve, and bring new projects to timely completion.
