Job Description

Oversee Third Party Administrator administering Ingalls' self-insured workers compensation program to include claims management, development of cost savings initiatives, settlement evaluations and interfacing with Law Department as needed. Review of the Key Performance Indicator reports to identify trends and take appropriate actions based on the results and oversight of the Quality Review Program. Participate in file review meetings with outside legal counsel well as participating in file mediations with Third Party administrator representative and outside defense counsel. Perform all accounting activities for the workers' compensation and Risk Management programs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or accounting.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
