Job Description

We have a need for a Military Ops Analyst 3 who will develop, coordination, writing, reviewing and staffing of all Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and other documents in support of the capability development and material acquisition processes. The candidate will maintain expertise in logistics, robotics, and unmanned aerial systems, and semi-autonomous vehicle capability added to Tactical Wheeled Vehicles (TWVs) through the integration of applique robotic kits.
What you will do
- Research, analyze, and provide recommendations for systems current and future capabilities, managing life cycle, requirements, gaps/shortfalls, and proposed solutions which shall provide the foundation for recommendations.
- Develop recommendations for the Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), for the fielding, use and sustainment of new capabilities based on the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) assessments.
- Participate in and provide support to planning meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Conduct Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) analyses and develop draft requirements with a focus on critical tasks and production of JCIDS capabilities documents required to support the transformation and integration process.
What we are looking for
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; or 4 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience with JCIDS requirements development is a plus, as is Army logistics experience.

- May require working in an office, industrial or laboratory environment.
