Position: General Production Worker
Location: Columbus, IN
Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
As a general production worker, you’ll rotate through a variety of production tasks. Our shop includes areas such as:
- Carpentry and framing
- Hanging sheet metal
- 12V wiring and electrical setup
- Suspension and axle assembly
- Interior and exterior parts installation
- Finishing and detailing work
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:
- Tape measure (accurate measurement is key!)
- Impact driver
- Chop saw
- Nail gun
- Silicone/caulking gun
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has solid mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
- Can read a tape measure accurately and work with hand and power tools
- Is detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to learn and take on new challenges across departments
Bonus if You Have:
- Prior experience in construction, trailers, automotive, or light manufacturing
- Wiring or mechanical assembly knowledge
- Carpentry or finish work experience

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
