Job Description:
Our Skinning and Siding Team is responsible for the installation and repair of the aluminum siding, doors, and windows on our trailers. Attention to detail, speed, and working as a team are key aspects of the job. This team member works with metal, wood, RV parts and components, hand tools, saws, and other tools.
This role is great for people who:

Nice to have Skills, Experience, or Interests:
- 2-3 years of similar experience are preferred, but not required.
- We are willing to teach the right candidates all of the skills needed to perform the job, but below is a list outlining the type of people who work well with our process and find success easily with us!
- Welding (MIG)
- Carpentry (cabinetry, furniture, remodeling, hobbyists)
- 12V / 110V wiring (electricians, small electronics, repair, hobbyists)
- Auto Technicians (working on cars, motorcycles, RVS, Lube Technicians, etc.)
- General Maintenance (Repair, Remodeling, Special Projects)
- Leadership Skills (shop supervisors, shift leads, etc.)
- Assembly (assembly line, machining, part manufacture, etc.)
- Construction (general contracting, repair & maintenance, etc.)
- Off-Roading / Overlanding / Camping (gear, industry trends, installation, etc.)
- Forklift Experience
- Warehouse/Inventory Management
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s with related focus or major preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
