General Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineering Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project activities, quality control, project deliverables, shop drawing review, and overseeing all project design phases related to site design. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of civil engineering projects independently.
Essential Duties
- Perform all project phases from design to project closeout.
- Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of projects.
- Make civil engineering design decisions independently and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Direct and coordinate workload with other project team members.
- Coordinate with internal and external team members.
- Write and edit specifications related to civil engineering.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent technical knowledge in civil engineering.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and maintain integrity.

- Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning codes, and approval processes related to civil engineering.
- Knowledge of building systems and site requirements (Structural, MEP, Civil & Geo-Tech).
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- 5 years of experience.
- Licensure in engineering is required.
